News from Sun Peaks – more snow on the horizon!

With consistent light dry, easy to ski powder and more forecast over the next week, Sun Peaks is enjoying a great start to the season. Big White Opening Early for 2010-2011 Ski Season

20 November 2010: With 48cm of recent snowfall this week and more in the forecast, Big White Ski Resort will open early on Thursday, November 25. Silver Star Mountain Resort already has a base of 60cm so the excitement is growing with being only a week away from their opening day on Friday, November 26. If you are looking to get those legs in shape, remember Silver Star’s cross country ski trails are now open and ready for action.
